What area does Pup Rider service?

Servicing Downtown San Diego, Coronado, Imperial Beach, and Bonita. Any ride that is 25+ miles from 91932 may incur a travel fee of $20.

Is a Meet & Greet required?

Yes. We want to make sure the dog(s) and the pup handler are a good fit. This is also a time when we collect important information about your home, your dog, their habits, and needs.

Do you work with cats?

Yes, we love cats!

What should I provide for the ride?

You tell us the best way to transport your pup(s). You can pack their favorite blanket, toy, treat, bowls, etc.

  • Comfort: How does your dog like to be transported? Do they lay on a dog bed, in a crate, or sit in the back seat (safety belt attached to harness)? We will make it comfy for them.

  • Convenient: We can pick up / drop off your dog even if you aren’t home. Just provide the details.

What experience do you have with dogs?

Yes, we are certified and a member of NAPPS (National Association of Professional Pet Sitters). The NAPPS Certification acknowledges that the pet sitter is a serious professional who has obtained a high level of expertise through their study.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates with General Liability, Care, Custody, and Control, Pet Daycare & Boarding, as well as Handling Coverage. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.
